Welcome to “Rosa Ventorum” Mini-Hotel in Orsha

A new tourist facility has appeared in Orsha – the “Rosa Ventorum” mini-hotel. We are located in a cozy two-storey building in the area of the meat-processing plant, at 2E 2nd Shklovskaya Street.

Our building was formerly used as a military headquarters and had remained unused for a long time. The private production unitary enterprise “Defenderspets” carried out its reconstruction. The project took one and a half years to complete.

As a result, we created a home-style mini-hotel with a distinctive character and original interior design, into which we have put our heart and soul, as well as a great deal of effort and energy.

– Belarus is a hospitable country for everyone, and Orsha is the eastern gateway for every tourist. It is located at the crossroads of all routes: railway, road, air and even waterways. Therefore, with the name “Rosa Ventorum”, we wanted to emphasize that we welcome guests from all directions: South, North, West and East, – says Olesya Valeryevna. – We are located at the entrance to Orsha from the direction of Baran and Bolbasovo, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our hotel is ideal for those who value privacy and comfort. The territory is enclosed, with private parking and a green courtyard for walks and relaxation.

The management of the district and our partners took part in the official opening ceremony of the new tourist accommodation facility.

In his welcoming speech, Yegor Dzhandarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, emphasized:

– The commissioning of this facility is a vivid example of how private business can thoughtfully and consistently develop its work. The entire investment cycle has been completed here: from the purchase of an unused building to its commissioning. The accommodation capacity of the region, which currently numbers around 650 beds, has increased significantly. This means that the private enterprise has made a significant contribution to the development of tourism in the Orsha region.

We can accommodate up to 50 guests and offer 15 rooms of different categories: double, triple and quadruple rooms. Some of the rooms are equipped with televisions. There are two bathrooms with shower cabins on each floor.

For the convenience of our guests, we have equipped a shared kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are provided.

The recreation area features a dining table, upholstered furniture and a television. Our guests can prepare their own meals at any convenient time.
